السلام عليكم و رحمة الله The product itself is halal, if nothing haraam is in it and if it doesn't harm you badly if you use it. Testing it on animals doesnt make it haraam to be used. Rather those who do these tests and trials control studies etc, need to make sure it doesn't cause too much harm to animals to the point they die. Besides the sin is on them.
