Avoiding haram as a daycare worker

Daycare is pretty much the only job out here with no men and free mixing. The problem is serving food; I don’t need to serve food (meat) but i need to take the kids to eat and prepare them for that. During eating i need to watch out that they behave etc. is this fine?

What's the real issue here ? if the job doesn't involve mixing with men and only involves kids and seeing them behave and you don't make them haraam food nor serve or buy for them that either, so in Shaa Allah this job is also good.
