If someone didnt recite tashahhud in fajr prayer

If someone didn’t read tashahhud in the last rak’ah of fajr prayer and instead only sent blessings upon the prophet (saw) then would her prayer be valid? Does she need to do prostration of forgetfulness?

Her prayer is invalid. She should repeat the prayer then in that case instead of prostration of forgetfulness. The final tashahud is a pillar of Salah and forgetting a Pillar deliberately or mistakenly renders prayer invalid. Forgetting obligatory part out of mistake can be fixed with prostration of forgetfulness though, but if abandoned deliberately then prayer is invalid.... And as mentioned before a pillar can't be fixed if forgotten or missed or skipped deliberately.
