Is jokingly calling others “lord of…” kufr?

Someone I know was watching a series on TV and laughing joking about a character being “rabb al mashakil” which If im not wrong translates to lord of trouble, but he said he doesn’t mean it like rabb like Allah, is this kufr? He said رب المشاكل

This is kufr to be said to someone. But the person might have said in ignorance so he isn't a kaafir he should repent to Allah and not say this ever again. Saying things like oh this person has god like skills or is a god of football or basketball or cricket or God in medical knowledge whatever it is attributing someone or something to God is not permissible. They can say king of problems but not rabb of all problems.
