Would Allah (Swt) forgive the one who repeatedly apostates? Is the one who does that doomed forever?

If after so many times of becoming a murtad ( without the authorities knowing or islamic ruler or judge- as that would lead to death penalty ) he comes back to islam with strong faith and complete submission with clearing all his doubts of islam or having no ill intention or doubts against islam, or Allāh then he will die upon tawheed and will enter paradise at the day of judgement.
